Hello everyone, maybe you can help. I'm looking for an app or xposed module that locks the ability to turn on mobile data, but just after the user reaches the set data limit. For example if the data limit is 1GB and you reach it, the system will ask for a password to turn the data on. I just found apps that always require password for turning data on but that's not good. Thanks in advance

usually, this can be done through the carrier rather than an app. You can dedicate data for each phone line connected, and when it caps its automatically shut off.

Sadly my carrier can not do it, that's why I'm looking for other methods

My Android phone already does this by default, so I assume it's a feature in core Android. You set the limit, a warning level, and reset date, and it automatically warns you at the warning level and then shuts off at the limit. I assume you can manually re-enable it after the limit if needed but that will cost you money with your carrier.

I edit my posts a lot.

Yeah I know about this feature, but since I'm not the one who will be using the phone, but the one who pays the bill I want to lock the user out of being able to turn data back on after the set limit is reached so I don't get charged extra money for it

Can't you just tell them and then charge them for any extra cost?
