One question what is better buy this pack

Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition Twin Pack Fan with a SilverStone PWM Fan Hub System Cables, Black (CPF04) or buy a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO cpu fan, I only have the intel cpu fan stock and zalman t5 rear fan

Speccy: Not playing - the other its playing battlefield 1 on medium settings

But from what I can gather, your problem is with the motherboard. You will be better off buying a top-down cooler (like the Noctua NH-L12) that will blow air over the motherboard's components because those are the ones overheating.

 

You also may have to take motherboard heatsinks off, apply thermal paste to them, then put them back.

It's not a problem with software, it's a problem with a chip in the motherboard not letting its heat out.

Oh, try using CPUID HWBOT (google it like that) and see if its reading are the same as Speccy's.

Case= spec 02  for more space and good airflow now i have the zalman t5

Gtx 1060 now i have r9 270 - its a upgrade that i want to do on ciberday - more fps

Silverstone hub is good pick. I don't follow GPU stuff so can't say anything about that. Better cooler doesn't increase your CPUs life when temps aren't issue in first place. If you want more quiet cooler or better looking, then pick it. But Evo is too tall for Spec 02. You are better getting Cryorig H7 or Hyper TX3 Evo which both will fit into case.
