Help needed for a basic laptop

I just had my laptop stolen and now I am looking for a Basic laptop for school that I can do very minor gaming on. I will play LoL and some other not so heavy games on it. I can only spend maybe >800$ but the less the better. I do not need anything fancy just enough to play and school.

The lenovo ideapad 700 or ideapad y700 are two good choices. Or the dell inspirion 7559. Linus did a video on it here. Hope it helps. I like lenovo over dell but its not a bad device.

now should i try to hold out for a 1060 laptop or go for that one?

If you've got the patience to wait for the income to be able to get a 1060 laptop then for sure, but the price difference has got to be pretty huge in this case which means you're going to be waiting a while.

As said above, if u have the patience wait. If u dont pick up something with 8 gb's or ram a HDD or SSD to your liking and either an Intel i5 or i7 processor.
