I am new to overclocking. I have a Xeon E5649 that runs at 2.53Ghz stock (19x multiplier with 133Mhz FSB). If I used a FSB of 200Mhz, I would get a base clock of 3.8Ghz :) (my motherboard has a DIP switch that allows the FSB to be set outside the BIOS,133,166,200).

I have a freezer pro 7 CPU cooler. The case has two 140mm intake fans, a 140mm exhaust fan, and a 120mm exhaust fan.

What would be the best stress test software to use to check system stability?

What is the best value to keep the voltage at?

Also would a FSB of 200Mhz be an over reach, and would I even be able to cool the CPU enough?

Any help would be appreciated, as I don't want to fry the CPU :(

Ps. Sorry about all the questions.
