Hey everyone,

I have an LG G4 that recently became unable to boot up. When I turn on the phone it goes to the boot screen with the LG logo but it would just continuously loop that screen and never get into the phone. I've tried to factory reset the phone but when I try to erase the data the phone freezes. Anyone else ever come across the issue and resolved it ?

Thanks !

I work as a phone repair technician, the boot loop is a Known issue, there are not really any workarounds, what you can do is go to your carrier and tell them what is happening, if you have Sprint they will do an exchange on the device (even if you don't had Device Protection) and it won't cost you a dime.
