Gaming/Editing Build $1500max

hello linustechtips masters!

im trying to build a new pc
im a YouTuber/Editor and i work heavily on the pc mostly editing
and i want to get the maximum for rendering and getting decent FPS while recording

this is the general idea for the build

the motherboard is kinda random one , i just picked it because of the reviews.
i dont know anything about the motherboards and what is the best for me

managed to squeeze in a 1080 and I left $100 open for a case of your choice because that's all personal prefrence

I have a Hyper 212 Evo on a i7-4790k and it gets decently loud and hot under heavy load. If you are going for a build for rendering/recording/editing I would definitely suggest getting a higher tier cooler like an AIO or a high-end air cooler.

Squeezed in a 5820k and 240mm AIO for a solid base. Still the same 1070 and left out $100 for a case.
