Running on windows professional 10 64bit

BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. N.60, 4/11/2016

Somehow it takes around 20 seconds for the bios screen to pop up, tried turning on and off fast boot, removing things from boot sequence, turn on/off full screen logo... Yet, it's still 20 seconds...

If you go into the menu of your UEFI (where you edit the settings), it should have a list of specs. "This computer is running at 2GHz. 3GB of recognized RAM." Something like that. If I remember my bootup sequences, it would be part of the POST and then it would get passed to the UEFI. What does that menu say you are using? Probably won't give part numbers yet you should get generic values of GBs and GHz.

EDIT: As soon as you enter the menu, it should be at the top to the right of the clock. I found a video of the UEFI menu and the video is currently on the OC tab yet based on the layout, the clock/specs should be there no matter what tab. I am assuming this is the menu you have and not a different one (updates/mislabel of the board in the video).

So your computer recognizes your system..... I thought it might have been that it was registering improper specs. Only other tips I have are to upgrade your UEFI version and if that doesn't work, go radical and disable UEFI. Go to a regular BIOS setup. You could also look to see if caps burst (capacitors on the motherboard, will show a gel leaking out if this is true). Some systems boot without all of them but are slow.
