Pc upgrade recommendations

Hello, i am looking to upgrade my current system. I have an athlon 860k and an MSI R9 380 4GB. My CPU bottlenecks my gpu pretty bad, and i plan on getting a new cpu, motherboard, power supply,=and cooler for about 325 or less. I will list the parts i have compiled below. Please let me know what you think and if you have an recommendations or what you don't recommend. Thanks!!

Upgrade list:
Core i5-4460
MSI H81M-E33 Motherboard
Cryorig M9i tower cooler
EVGA 500b power supply
