Basic GUI glitching when opening drop downs after installing AMD Gpu

So recently I got a AMD R9 200 series and put it in my rig, after a while of using it I notice GUI glitching after the use of drop downs, it only happens in simple GUI's like the minecraft launcher and that type of stuff.

Graphics: AMD R9 200 series

CPU: Intel celeron

Ram: 16 GB of Ripjaw ram

Motherboard: Asus H97 Pro gamer

Hardrive: Basic Seagate HDD

OS: Windows 10 Home Edition
