strix oc 2gb gtx 960 (2nd hand)

 

2.GIGABYTE GA-H170N-WIFI

i5 6600k

Strix oc 6gb 1060 / rx480

 

I'm currently trying to build a pc but i not sure which is better as both of this two spec above are same price as the GTX960 is 2nd hand . I planned to make the 1st one but i figured out that i can build the 2nd spec using same money. 
I'm seeking for some advices. THX

Tired Eyes, I swear I saw Z170.... even so, the 1060 will out perform the 960 even paired with a 6700k.
