I would say that a good reference point for this is something more expensive than bayonet tiger tooth which usually caps out at about $800. Since Blue gem case hardens are extremely rare you would probably be able to sell it for even more than you would a tiger tooth. However the answer that you're looking for can't be answer because of how ambiguous all the results of my searching has been.

I think that in this situation, a general tech forum is not the best place to look for advice. Reddit is probably your friend here.

Some guy called my office, trying to sell me computers. I just said "oh you mean those little box's with the tv on top? Yeah, our accountant has some". He promptly gave up and hung up the phone lol
