Hey guys! I recently did my first//budget build  several months ago to play games with my buddies.

CPU:X4 860K @ 4Ghz
MOBO: Asrock FM2A88X Killer
RAM: EVGA 16GB SuperSC
GPU: MSI R7 370 Gaming 2GB
PSU: EVGA 500w

What would be a decent GPU upgrade? Should I even upgrade? I don't really plan to play big titles. For now, my big focus is Overwatch and eventually Skyrim. Any suggestions?

For Overwatch and Skyrim, you will be more than fine.  If you really want to upgrade in case you do get into other games, it would really just depend on the resolution, settings, and frame rate you are looking for.  Assuming you are playing on 1080p on med-high settings, you would really only need a rx470 / 4x 480 to have a frame rate that is very playable on most big titles.  In the future, I'd look at upgrading the processor, though.  Gaming probably wouldn't see a huge boost, but there are some games that would benefit to a newer processor.  Maybe wait until Zen comes out by AMD and decide whether or not its worth the upgrade.  Back to graphics cards, unless you are planning on playing the newer "big" titles, it really wouldn't be worth the extra money to upgrade.

I intend on waiting for Zen (unless I stumble a decently priced am3 processor). I will be running at 1080p. I also don't know if I will get into the big titles, which is why I'm considering upgrading. I also don't know how the future overhaul to Skyrim will impact my GPU, which is another reason I'm considering it.

What I would do if I were you is first check how you are currently performing in Skyrim.  If it is an enjoyable experience without upgrading, then hold off and wait until something happens to change that.  If the future overhaul to Skyrim changes that to the point of needing to upgrade, I highly doubt you would need anything more than an rx 470, but if you really want to be sure, you can always take the time to save a little and by the 480.  Other than that, I don't think the the 1060 is worth the extra cash, and on the topic of bottlenecking, you really wont have to worry about it because if the most cpu intensive game you are running is skyrim, and you know that it currently runs well with your cpu, then changing your graphics card wont change that.

Thanks for your advice! I don't actually have skyrim yet. From what I understand it has been difficult to run. I'm also new to PC gaming, so I'm not entirely sure about everything yet. I just want the GPU be able to last even if I upgrade the CPU and MOBO
