3DS Emulator ?

Hi, first of all, I'm sorry if it doesn't belong here, as I don't think there is a place for it...

 

I am currently in search for a 3DS Emulator, and I was wondering if you guys know any good ones, or if theres even one out there, because I know Xbox 360 and PS3 ones are all fake complemented with a big virus and I was wondering if it's the same thing with the 3DS ? (I basically just don't wan't to risk it ;P) Thanks.

I must find one, I need to dust off my old pokemon games.

Dust off? Dude all old Pokemon games are like DS and back. How in hell do you need a 3DS to play an old Pokemon game when there are countless GBA, DS, and Gamecube emus?

Sharing and downloading the ROMs for them would be illegal.
