Hi everybody. (Hi Dr. Nick). Okay Simpsons reference joke over, I'm building my first pc (yay) and i can't decide which parts for the build: processer (must be i7,), graphics card (its between the 1070 and 1080, i want to do multi-monitor stuff) ssd? (Maybe). I have a budget of $1,800. I will use this computer for gaming, hauptwerk, digital design, video rendering and editing, programming, testing game engines and physic engines. Please help.

Will you need monitors, peripherals or an OS?

I am assuming you mean $1800 USD -- this is what I was able to build for that much. The initial cost is $1833 but after rebates totals to $1791.

You could change about the RAM and other parts a bit, but I think that it's a fairly good build. If you want, you could replace the GTX 1080 with two RX 480s, save about $200, and get better performance. You would need to change the motherboard first to make sure it supports Crossfire.
