BootMRG missing error

So I am cloning my 120gb ssd to a new 240gb cuz I need the space, but when I try to boot on the new ssd I get the BootMRG error. I have used Shadow Cloner, driveimage XML, and Macrium Reflect (this one has an error that does not let the cloning even happen when I tell it to.) I need a solution. I have 9gb left on the 120 and I do need it all and I am not feeling a fresh install cuz I really do NOT want to re-install all of the programs again.

Try performing a startup repair of windows which may replace corrupt/missing files

Check all sata connections

Check in bios that the correct boot disc is selected

Did that, said it did stuff but nothing changed.

Have you tried rebuilding the bcd?
