Maybe it's overheating.

Is it shutting down or hard resetting (similar to pressing reset button).

First of what make hard drive do you have in your PC ?

Just read the last bit now I would recommend you get cpu cooler they are not much and it save you on new CPU down the road.

I turn on my pc and it posts, then it starts loading with the windows 7 logo and when it gets completed, it just reboots. I tried booting in safe mode, but that doesnt do it too. I tried the windows system recovey thing by pressing f8 and clikcing on that, and it started trying to fix my hard drive and i waited for hours and it didnt do anything. Does anybody know how to fix this? And by the way, my cpu cooler doesnt work, but my pc worked fine without it working...
