PC for Dota 2

So i'm a college student with a macbook pro and some software doesn't work on mac. I really want a PC to run this basic software but also run Dota 2 at 1080p with really good framerates. I really don't want to spend more than $500.

See my specs in my sig, I can run 1080 dota at 60fps smooth with it locked or about 90ish unlocked but idk how much exactly as I keep it locked

About 800 odd if I remember correctly but that was without the SSD and I didnt pay for my gpu, but I would definatley get a cheaper Power supply and case, you might be able get it for a lot less if you spend a few weeks on ebay looking at deals. I save lots of money on ebay as 80% of stuff goes for expected prices but that slight 10% of the time no one sees a post and you get a bargain

Update:
I have 2000 hours in dota kek, running with no fps cap now and will post below the average fps
Loading screen 30-40

Game itself 100 fps on first take

My graphics were on medium, Just put them on max

Averaging 63 to 81 on it atm

Goes to 52 in fights (imba 10v10)
I switched back down to 2/3 down the way of the fastest to best looking slider as there is not much visual difference
its about 50 to 70 now, mainly 63 and above unless there is a 10v10 fight in someones base

Did I mention you can probably get a 560 ti from ebay for like £30

so yeah medium settings, 100fps on solo, farming and 3v3 fights, anything more and fps will go to 61 ish commonly, unless your all raping the enemy base, then its 50 fps
