Bluetooth

I have just recently (literally a couple seconds ago) tried to install a bluetooth usb adapter. The one I used in particular is a random Insignia one I found in bestbuy. So I plugged in the usb to the back of my case (yes I made sure the usb port was working), and installed the drivers made for Windows 10 64 bit.Nonetheless, the bluetooth icon is still not showing up and I can't connect anything using bluetooth, help!
