motherboards What MOBO?

g'day, I've spent some time "trying to find a motherboard" but i cant really get anything, my pc budget is $1800 USD but i cant find a suitable motherboard. I was thinking of getting a asus sabertooth z170 s because the PCB was white (I'm trying to find a white mobo) BUT... i cant because i live in australia, in saying that i can buy it but with a hefty premium, i can get it from newegg for $180 but the warranty would be voided (at least what i think, been on asus's warranty page and i think the warranty only applies if you buy it in the country) if i try to buy it in australia i can get it for $260 which sorta sucks. If anyone has another mobo idea that would be great ( just in case i will be doing adobe premire and after FX and im planning to play some of the new games(would a gtx 1070 be good?)
