Looks the exact same in the picture.

If it is different then it might be the style/feel/ergonomics, or the connector (if it has one)

There's not much info provided. It is hard to find any information about CTL 480 specifically.

I do not think there could be any differences

Wacom only makes 1 model of the CTL-480, the A and B letters are probably being used by the seller to keep track of each auction in the site.
