Need Help upgrading system!

Hello folks!
I'm finally considering to upgrade my rig:

OLD RIG

i7 2600

Coolermaster 212 EVO

ASUS P8Z68-V LE

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4x4 16GB

1 Kingston 120GB SSD + 3 1TB WD Black

MSI GTX 980 4G

Sentey Arvina

Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 600w

I'll be buying new stuff aswell as keeping some from my old. Buying it in the US costs me around 1437 U$D Total but buying it here in Argentina costs me 2700 U$D.
I'd like your opinion about my new system, text marked red is what I already have.

CPU: i7 5820k

Cooler: HELP
Mobo: ASUS X99 Sabertooth
Memory: Kingston Hyper X Fury DDR4 32GB
Storage: 1 Kingston 120GB SSD + 3 1TB WD Black
GPU: MSI GTX 980 + MSI GTX 980
Case: Sentey Arvina
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 80+GOLD 850w

What do you think about it? I'm going to be using AFter Effects, premiere ,3ds max with Vray, Octane, Realflow and Cinema4D.
I'm mainly posting this because money plays a big game here and i'd love to buy wisely.

Getting 2 980's isnt worth it, you may as well sell your current 980 and buy a 1080, Noctua Tower Coolers are amazing or just get a NZXT or Corsair AIO coolef, but i think noctua looks pretty and has amazing performance. Also, if you stick to a single 1080 instead of another 980 you could keep your 600 w psu

Well the purpose o the gpu is mainly because of the CUDA, do you think it's still worth selling it for a 1080?

Not all games will benefit from SLI, and a 1080 will use less power so you could keep your 600 watt psu saving some extra money.

I will not mainly be used for gaming, i'm aiming for better CUDA performance for rendering, will the 1080 be better?

Sell the 980s for a 1080 and keep your 600W

A 1080 has 512 more CUDA cores than a 980 and you'll double your Vram and use less power.

And in SLI it just splits it between the 2 GPU's so your VRAM could be a bottleneck, the 8G on a 1080 will help speed your workflow and will be an all around better card.

You might also like to consider Skylake instead of Haswell, you'll get lower cores, but a lower TDP, higher IPC, cheaper mobo options, a 6700k is about the same price as a 5820k right now.

Alright, If I get to buy a 6700k, what do you recommend? MSI Z170A GAMING M7 or ASUS SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1?

Both are good motherboards, i have preference to ASUS, but consider which has more features that you would use like onboard wifi and which you like the aesthetic of more.
