Windows 10 is remarkably resilient to major hardware changes.  You may very well be able to pull the drives from your old machine and put them in your new machine.  I know I upgraded someone from an Athlon64 X2 to a nice Ivy Bridge board, and it was basically "plug and play" moving from AMD/Nvidia to Intel.

The only 'problem' you might run into is Windows activation.

A lot of it depends upon how much time you have.  I bought a laptop on vacation recently and wanted to use it immediately.  So I pulled the drive out of my old laptop and stuck it in the new one.  I was back in business within 10 minutes.  When I got home, I then went through the process of doing a nice clean re-install.
