GTX 1060 No Display

So I installed my gtx 1060 3gb, but no matter what cable i use, there is no display. All my parts are confirmed to be working except for the gpu as my computer runs fine without the gpu. I've already set it so that PEG instead of IGD is primary display. The gpu lights up and fans are running when I plug it in. Any suggestions to get my display working?
