S5 vs S6 upgrade?

Ok so i am buying a new phone off craigslist and there is an s5 and an s6 around the same price point. I would like to know is giving up the removable battery and SD card slot worth it? i have read all over tech review websites and they all never answer the question. I am hope you guys on the LTT forums can help me out with this one.

Galaxy s6 does not have an expandable micro sd slot so depends on which model you are buying. Having something extra is always better. However if you do not want to go 1 gen back to s5 just for sd card then getting a high capacity s6 is fine. Depends on your usage.

As for battery. Removing is only needed if your battery is broken. In most case a non removable battery should not be an issue though there are some people prefer to have "multiple removable batteries" for long time usage.

 

I am having s5 neo which is like an s6 with removable battery and sd card slot. However Neo doesn't have fingerprint. Other than that I think they should be similar

OP can only afford either s5 or s6. He would have gotten an s7 and wouldn't have to ask question
