Screen Just gets black after some

Hello People! Recently my pc just gets black and that's it while i am afk.Let me explain.I go somewhere and i let my pc open.Come back after 15-20 mins to see my screen black.This is normal ofc,my monitor has gone in sleep mode.I move the mouse to open it and when it opens it says that it is conected to my pc but the image is just black.i pressed everybutton i could but nothing..I didn't do this to me before..And i've been afk for more in the past also.I have to restrat my pc everytime this happens and it's not good and also annoying
