Do you have problems with Temps right now? If not, no need to increase fans.

cpu will be around 50 degrees and gpu around 65 while heavy gaming, would the fans not stay quieter with more cool air coming in and temps dropping slightly?

No, those temps are fantastic and increasing airflow, if anything, will only gain you maybe 1 or 2c on your CPU only if your intake is from the top since it would be pushing directly down onto the cooler and get exhausted immediately. It will also increase your noise as well.

Depends what your room temp is. But those are really good temps and adding more fans won't do much. CPU might drop by max 3C but thats all. And in return you will have spend $30 and have two more noise makers. Plus the fact that you need to get filters for them.

Fans are quieter if you lower the rpm.
