Ducky Shine 5 Problem

I have a Ducky Shine 5 with Cherry Red's and i'm having this issue with the lighting.

So on the Ducky Shine keyboards, the num lock, scr lock and caps lock light up when toggled on and turn off with toggled off.

My problem is with these 3 keys as no matter if i toggle the key on, the lighting is off. The keys are functioning, and the lighting is working because i can see the lighting underneath those keys when i hit fn+space to light up a rainbow spectrum of colours to choose from for the static colour setting modes.

If any one knows how to fix this please help. I want them to light up when toggled on.
