corsair h60 help

does this come with the neccessary screws to screw it in to wood, etc. if not where can i get em.

 

EDIT: also where can i get some screws for 120 mm fans?

Don't buy the H60, air coolers can outperform it, at the minimum get an H100.

You'll probably need drill screws to mount it to wood.

 

If you want liquid cooling then save up because the H60 isn't very good.

ok, well i will upgrade then, but dont the 8100 and etc. use same screws? if so what are dety

Are you talking about mounting the radiator or mounting the waterblock?

mounting the radiator, i would assume the waterblock mounts would come with the mobo/cooler

You could probably just drill the rad into the wood if you're careful enough.

I got mine for free, runs my chips at 49c idle,  don't buy the cooler.

that is an vast amount of screws, it must be an certain size, i will look again

corsair uses 6-32 for basically everything. just pick up some 6-32 1.5" screws, #6 or 5/32 washers, and some 6-32 nylock nuts. just drill a 5/32 hole in the wood, put the screw through, add a washer on the wood side, and tightnen on the nut. its all available at home depot, but you can also try a local hardware store

better with a wood screw that penetrates the wood enough to hold the fan in place but not go through the outside of the project.
