Which 500w psu do I get

If you're in the US, then one of these. All are good choices, but some slightly better than others -- depending on how much you want to spend.

Where in Europe?

Check out the PSU Tier list in my signature, anything form Tier 1 to Tier 3 is what I would recommend (depending on how much you want to spend). And 450w or higher is more than enough for your system.

So I find a psu from tier 1-3 in my country correct?

Is this Okay?  Seasonic S12II-520 Bronze, ATX12V, 520W

yes, I would see if there is something better that's similarly priced (or not too much more -- then you may want to consider it). But it's a good psu.

So they sell the 520w and the 620w which one should I buy

Im gonna game/stream/edit/and do presentations

Either is fine, even at full load you'll be around 300w max. If the 620w is only a couple dollars more, then you may as well get that and leave yourself some extra headroom should you ever decide to grab a second GPU.

I would get the 620W since the fan is pretty obnoxiously loud now that I've heard one near full tilt in person and having it run a little less will make it less loud.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
