newegg and amazon?

hey guys,this is my first time doing online shopping.I wanted to buy some computer hardware from either newegg or amazon and wanted to ship it here in malaysia.I was just wondering but,there was all these pc insurance plan and warranty etc,etc.if i bought some things off those sites and its broken due on arrival,can i send it back or do i have to buy the insurance plan?

I think newegg doesn't have international shipping

You should be able to return it... Just don't order something large or heavy, as this might get damaged in shipping(cases, monitors etc.)

i do plan on ordering a case,cpu,motherboard,if any of those stuff gets damaged i can send it back right?

Yes... Don't order a case though.. it's large and you will have to pay a fortune to get it shipped

Depends on the product, not all products ship everywhere. They usually send you a prepaid return label to send your faulty hardware back for free. They'll let you know before you pay for it, this item does not ship to X location.
