So I recently bought a gaming toaster, also know as a gaming laptop. It's the ASUS ROG G501VW-FI074T. First I'll list my specs:

Intel Core i7 6700HQ
16GB SO-DIMM DDR4-2133

512 GB pcie SSD

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4000MB

3840 x 2160 screen resolution

Mouse: Razer Deathadder 2013

OS: Windows 10 Education

My mouse is working fine when I'm using it for standard uses, like browsing the internet. When I start a game, for example CS:GO or Modern Warfare 2, I am having major mouse issues. The sensitivity gets super high, when I move my mouse 1cm I am doing 5 circles ingame. I am running my games at 1080p, note: my actual screen resolution is 3840 x 2160

Things I already tried to fix this:

Reinstall the razer drivers | did not work

Try to use a different mouse | still exactly the same problem when using the different mouse
Set my windows resolution to 1920 x 1080 and run  the game at 1920 x 1080 | did not work
Set my windows resolution back to 3840 x 2160 and run the game at 3840 x 2160 | did not work
Remove the touchpad drivers | did not work

Set all video settings of the games to the lowest possible | did not work

And yes, I tried turning it off and on again. Also, the mouse isn't the problem because it works perfectly fine on my desktop computer when gaming.

I hope anyone can help me out.

Sjoerd
