Pc approved? (Updated 4th time xd)

Hey guys! my question is, is this build approved? https://tweakers.net/gallery/755741/wenslijst/ (i know i did not use pcpartpicker but this is the same thing but than a dutch version of it.) its 1300 euro for me, not 1400 because i am going to buy the gtx 970 from someone else for 200 euro, not 300 euro. and why i choose the old gtx 970 because if i upgrade, i only need to upgrade the gpu. aka  after buying this build imma buy some games and than spare for an upgrade to the gtx 1070 or 1080 or maybe 980 ti because it has just 3 fps less than the 1070 and is 50 euro cheaper. dont think the psu is overkill because its for an later sli upgrade. and does the watercooling fit at the top of my case?
