Loud, probably.

Extremely loud, should be nothing human ear can't handle.

I can't vouch for the other choices of your PSU except that Seasonic unit.

Or maybe wait for other PSU veterans to reply.

 

And a single GTX1070 rig won't draw anything more than 400W under full load.

That's just how efficient Pascal is now.

so if i put it a meter or a half meter or between that away of my ears on my table and i am going to record for youtube it wont be a back ground noise problem?
