Fallout 4 Windowed Mode

right now i am not playing fallout because of my gpu running on fumes. But i wanted to ask how could i play fallout 4 windowed and being able to move the window. In normal windowed mode you can not move the window even with borderless mode checked off. (until i get a second monitor, i prefer to play games windowed. It is more convenient for me)

when you start the game make sure you check the box that says "windowed" and UNCHECKED the one that says "borderless" then press alt + tab, and try to move the window
