Which of these PSU's is more quality?

Seasonic ECO 430W

or 

Fractal Integra M 450W

Both of PSU is good but Fractal is modular and have more watts, so I can't decide which one is better,

popular seasonic or modular Fractal?

Both are good but I'd grab the Integra.

I would go with the Fractal Design because it's modular, yes. It also will provide better voltage stability due to it being an independent regulated PSU.
