help with the kingwin fan controller

https://www.amazon.com/Kingwin-Channel-Multi-Fan-Controller-FPX-001/dp/B00DP9WRZY so what does this come with,   i need to knows what it comes with,  will be using it on x2 of the  Corsair SP120 57.2 CFM 120mm Fan  and on my 240 mm radiator liquid cooling, will i need to get anything else?

Here's its product page. I can summarize. For sure it comes with main unit and 5 cables, 1 molex power and 4x3pin fan connectors. I woul assume they include mounting screws and manual too.
