Good setup for quad monitors?

I want to do an Nvidia Surround setup with 3 XB271HU monitors and then a forth monitor/tv with a 4k resolution. Are there any good mounts for this kind of setup? I can't seem to find anything that supports three 27 inch monitors side by side and then a 4th 30+ inch monitor in the center above the main 3.
