PC problems to turn on

Hey guys! I got a problem: My PC doesnt want to startup, when I press the power button the lights and fans (witch are connected directly to the PS) turn on but then there is no signal on my screen and my mouse and keyboard don't turn on (they have leds on then and those stay off), it is not a new PC and it has stopped working over the night when i didn't touched it. I've got no fans on the CPU and those on the GPU only turn on if more than 20% of its power is used so I have no way to know if the motherboard is actually delivering power.

You guys got any idea on how to fix it? Please Captain xD

this is a brand new build?

did you plug the power into the board ( even the 4/8pin by the cpu )?

As I said in the post this isn't a brand new PC and it was wotking perfectly fine two days ago, I've got it for 2 years now.

it's tough to diagnose but would try to borrow a decent PS and give it a go before doing anything else.

I could but I don't understand why would that be the problem, it is a decent PS and it has been working well for so long. Could it really stop working like that? And it works since the lights and fans turn on

might not be providing enough power to the whole system. I had an 850 a while back. it powered the machine but the graphics started to lag and then the fans needed to be physically manipulated so they would spin. a new PS fixed the problem. luckily it  didn't destroy anything in the case.

it's not exactly a really great PS. Just mediocre at best.

it might not be the PS. maybe if you disassemble the machine and rebuilt it?

So: I just tried to connect a fan to the MB and it tuned on, and I tried to put another GPU but still no signal so i tried to run it without GPU and its worked= it said to me that the previous overclock settings have failed and that the system has been restored to its original settings

a cmos reset might have helped. why didn't you say it was over clocked? so now you have to hook the monitor to the board? and enter the bios to set up the pci-e slot?

okay, so the machine isn't broke. set it back up ( the bios ) and don't over clock. play the piss out of it and see what happens.
