http://pcpartpicker.com/list/BWPkXH This is the least I would go for, I have a PC that's basically ur specs with a slightly less powerfull graphics card, and after 1 year I ordered new parts. The CPU isnt something to be happy about, an i3 will be faster in gaming and PC usage overall..

Mobo MSI X370 Carbon CPU Ryzen 7 1700 3.8GHz RAM Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x8GB 3000MHz GPU ASUS GTX 1070 Strix Case NZXT S340 Storage Samsung 960 EVO 250GB M.2 - Seagate 1TB  PSU EVGA 750W Cooling NZXT Kraken X52 OS WIndows 10 Pro

Keyboard Arachnid Recore - Cherry MX Red Mouse Corsair M45  !!--GTA V--!!

Well, all im gonna do on this pc is play World of warcraft. Soo im fine with CPU and GPU and im think about MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti, 2GB, GDDR5, Twin Frozr IV OC card right now. Just need to find decent PSU which would go with this system. And if everything is compatible with my parts. :)
