Replacing screen on Nexus 6, doable?

I've got a Nexus 6, which I think is awesome, but I've cracked the screen thanks to an untimely drop and a case that decided to break apart at the same time. How simple would it be to get a new screen and replace it DYI-Style? The digitizer seems fine.

It's incredibly difficult to separate the digitizer, glass, and LCD. You should buy a screen assembly then try it out like this if you're planning to DIY.

Ouch, didn't think the screen would cost that much to replace. Thanks for the video though!

Yeah, I would replace the whole screen assembly. I tried to separate the digitizer from the LCD on my cousin's LG G4, and it ended up breaking because the glue is that hard to remove.
