Audio problem

Hey,

am i posting this in the right place,

so i'm currently using a hp pavilion g6 laptop running windows 10 (which you probably don't need to know)

and my problem is that audio comes out from both the laptop speaker and the headphones and it started 2 days ago,

I've tried multiple headphones but they all don't work (only on this laptop)

i'm not completely sure this is a software problem but I think it is,

my audio driver is the IDT thing and i have tried uninstalling and installing it again,

an yeah hope I could get some help.

have you tried disabling "speakers and headphones" and enabling "communication headphones"?

i have but the laptop doesn't seem to be detecting my headphones as communication headphones so no sound.
