Would you recommend Note 5 or Note 7 to me based on my usage? (messaging,video watching, music and social media)

my fucking asus laptop's hdd died a day after warrenty. motherboard flat out died 1.5 years after purchase..

my unlucky moments of 2016 have been 100% bullshit

 

lets list them out, shal i?

• idiot ran red light, hit my bike and phone fell out -- outch the screen got fuuuuucked and pixels are dead. yikes
•  - this means that my replacement iphone is now on 9.1 and i lost my fucking jailbreak  
• lunch detention for waking up at 12pm because thats "impossible!" (health project on sleeping times)
• my fucking teacher has a virus and my usb got infected.. later, my pc got infected
• friend flipped my fucking table, pc crashed and my monitors crashed ontop of my pc
• some fucking kid stole my pencil case and replaced it with sand and took my fucking pens.
• windows fucked up my drivers and i had to reinstall windows 10
• my iphone got fucked after installing a tweak, all my photos/data/apps/whatever/porn is gone. 

all i can list from the top of my head.
