Need help badly

I built a new computer with  a i5-6600k and a msi z170-a pro atx motherboard. Now the computer won't start and it shows that the cpu has a problem on the led. But all the fans are running. I have already tried restocking the cpu.

Rest bios? Try taking out sticks of ram and trying different spots. On board video?

 

Or it could just be the mobo. MSI tends to go out often. (sorry couldn't help myself)

I tried the swapping ram sticks and yes there is onboard video.
