Which Processor? 1440p Gaming, Editing, Streaming PC

Hey guys and girls, I'm currently planning on building a new PC. I'm just stuck with which CPU to pick. Should I go with the 5820K, 6800K or 6700K. As stated, I would be using it for 1440P Gaming, Will be starting Video Editing, Graphic Design and Streaming(1080p/60fps preferrably) etc. Mainly looking for the best performance obviously and FUTURE PROOFING!

Need help with Mobo and CPU, which do you guys recommend and yes I would be OC'ing. I am also open to suggestions to edit the build!

Problem is not max budget, but I heard the 5820K outperforms the 6800K after OC'ing. 

The thing is Im not sure if the 6700K would be enough for what I want  or If i would need to go for the 5820K or 6800K!

I game at 1440 and I get pretty high fps.

Think u should go with the 6700k the rest are a bit overkill

The extra cores may/will come in handy with Streaming and Editing if I'm not mistaken which is why im here asking :3

I'll be buying the 1080 ~Christmas. Overall Budget is around USD$2000-$2500.

6700K minimum, 6800K better choice (or 5820K), 6850K ideal!

6700k, some fast RAM like 3466Mhz or so and a Mobo that has everything you need

5820k or 6800k, and get an after market cooler and OC it.

PSU is subpar for price, better could be gotten. The extra cores from the 5820k or 6800k would benefit him much more in editing and streaming.

Alright. Thanks everyone! If I build the pc soon, I'll post about it. Im thinking about waiting till Christmas when I travel so I can spend more since shipping and customs are about $600USD :D.
