I am looking for a gpu, for my little sister, that is under £100 (i would prefer around 70 but up to 100 is also ok), can play games at 1440 x 900 p with reasonable fps (min 30) at medium settings. cpu is pentium g860 or g2030 idk but it got 2 cores at 3GHz.

Any GPU is compatible. Get a decent 460 and enjoy great performance. I'd advise against the 750 Ti as it's a very old and quite weak GPU.

It needs around 75-90W IIRC. Though I'd invest in a new PSU. Cheap 300W PSUs are usually fire hazards.

Look into a new PSU though. Your current one is dangerous (from what I know)

It's not good. Replace it.
