So I'm trying to build my PC on 800 $ budget only for gaming and i want to know what do you hardware experts think
of the chosen parts. and any tips or better part suggestions would be appreciated.

Apacer Black Panther DDR3 1600 Mhz CL11 36 $

Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB 70 $

BenQ GW2270H monitor 140 $

I haven't chosen my GPU yet but here are my options (these are used parts) :

Sapphire R9 290 4GB 228 $

EVGA GTX 970 4GB 285 $

GTX 970 EXOC Black Edition 251 $

MSI GTX 770 2GB 200 $

The Galax 970 EXOC is a pretty good 970 variant. It has decent clocks, a nice shroud and backplate. Would recommend it for $30 less.

Btw does this store have an online site you can pick parts from? If you give me a budget USD or local currency I'll try and pick parts out for you.

I was thinking the same the 970  EXOC is the best deal here however, the owner says it has no guarantee left . Should i still buy it ?

And this is the link to the site :     http://www.digikala.com/Main/Electronic-Devices/Computer-Parts/

it has no English lang option but you can use translate and it should be fine . Thank you for help.

That's a good card but the it hasn't arrived to Iran yet . And I'm guessing it will be around 350 $ here just like the RX 480 which is 330 $ .it's too expensive for my budget and i can't go any higher.

Does the EVGA have warranty in it? If yes go with that one.

Hard for me to browse through the site, chrome is having difficulties translating in Persian.

The list you have looks good except the mobo you got is a bit expensive, get a cheaper H81/B85 mATX board. Use what you saved to get an ssd(Adata SP550 120gb) and 1TB hdd(WD 1TB Blue).

Try substituting these parts to your list and add the overall cost to see if you can fit a Skylake system + SSD/HDD into your budget.

What's the budget in Iranian Rial? I'm browsing through digikala to see what's available there :)

This totals about $900 dollars if I'm not mistaken, because 2.8 million toman is 28 million rial, correct? The i3-6100 was not available unfortunately, that would've cut down cost nicely, but the i5 will not disappoint and is an all round great choice. If you can get the GPU from a good source second hand, then that should cut costs and make it around the $800 range, hopefully. The PSU is fine, the brand doesn't ring any bells but the specs are good and it's a gold rated unit. 8GB RAM should be enough to begin with, you can always add 8 more later. This way, you are at least investing in last generation Skylake based CPU and motherboard and DDR4 memory, instead of older Haswell architecture. I hope this helps.

That is exactly my budget range :D thanks so much for your help . I can find the i3 6100 in other sites or a store from around my neighbourhood . And about the GPU I'm going with the second hand EXOC GTX 970 that is 880,000 tms which is close to the price of that GTX 960 Strix . Oh and how much fps would the i5 6400 and i3 6100 give me for 1080p gaming ? If they have kind of the same performance rate i might go with the i3  i forgot to mention, there is a 2nd hand GTX 960 Zotac 2gb that is 650 tm , it has left 1 year guarantee .

In CPU intensive games, like GTA V, you will notice that the i3 will do slightly better than the i5, simply because it runs at a higher clock speed. (3.7GHz vs 3.1GHz) It's hard to say exact numbers matched with the EXOC GTX970, but 50-60 fps with decent settings should be no problem. The video below shows a rough comparison with an overclocked 970. The 970 will be better than the 960 in every way.
