Photo translator for PC?

Is there anything similar to Google Translate app but works on PC? I need to translate text from some pictures on my PC.

I don't always have time to study, but when I do, I don't.

I guess you could use OCR software to extract the text from pictures and then use google translate to translate it.

This, Or use Google Goggles on your phone to extract the text and then email it to yourself then translate on your PC.

Ruins the whole point though :/

This was how i used to do this, but i broke my phone so need to do it in PC.

I don't always have time to study, but when I do, I don't.
