HELP error code 0xc000014c on boot

Hi

I recently was forced to update my wondows 10 computer, but 2 hours later of updating when I turned back on my computer I was greeted with a blue screen saying my hard drive needs to be repaired (first picture) and given the error code 0xc000014c after some research I made a bootable usb to run repairs in the os and was this time greet with a blue screen asking if i wanted to continue the update or put a clean copy of windows 10 on my system (second picture). My question is if i put a clean copy of windows 10 on my computer will it delete all of my personal files and programs?
