I just came back from a vacation and when i tried to open my computer it opened as regular but nothing on screen  after waiting for a while and some more restarts im starting to freak out... The computer worked perfectly when i went out and no one touched it since.

He should rather check if he's monitor's set for correct source, if it doesn't scan all the possibilities on it's own.

What kind of connection are you using? HDMI, DVI, DP or VGA? Can you try switching to iGPU?

You can only do that if your cpu has integrated graphics in the first place. Check if there's and kind of video output among the back IO of your mobo (I'm assuming you have a graphic card?). I don't really understand in these things ill try and ask my brother tomorrow
