My 290X Lightning is blazing fast, and overclocks extremely well. I currently have it at 1150MHz/1400MHz, and it's completely stable as far as I can tell.

But there is one thing, and in BF4 it starts to freeze and switch back and forth between a few frames, but it's not like it crashed my drivers or freezes up Windows or anything. I can Alt+Tab and go to MSI Afterburner, where I thought it was because I needed more voltage but it keeps doing the same even when I increase it. So eventually I return it to stock clocks and it stops stuttering or whatever.

Sometimes it starts to do that with the OC, sometimes it doesn't. Again, it doesn't crash my drivers or do anything, I Alt+Tab and in the window it's all normal again. So I don't know what it is. Any ideas?

Yeah I think I know what it was.

I had my voltage too high, 1150 works with much less than 100mV (what I had it at). I guess my card is happy with lower voltages which is good. Currently I have it (I think) stable at 1200MHz with +69mV on the core. Ran Valley perfectly with no issues. I will continue to test it but I think it's just too much voltage is all.
